No Buyees, no problem

We met Mitz and Pops for dinner last night, and on the way there, Natalie informed us that she was going to spend the night at Mitz and Pops. Fortunately for her, Mitz and Pops thought that was a good idea too! Since this was last minute, we didn't have anything for her (Mitz has a toothbrush and sleep training pants, and an old tee shirt serves well as a nightgown), as far as her security items go - she left her Buyees (that's her security blanket. Not sure how to spell "buyees", that's just the phonetic spelling) at home.

Mitz found an old Pooh blanket that she bought for Natalie several years ago. Initially that was acceptable, however Herself soon decided that it just wasn't suitable. So what's a grandma to do at bedtime with no Buyee? She gave Natalie one of her satiny (modest, not Victoria's Secret) nightgowns to sleep with, as one side of Buyees is satin. LOL. And it worked!

I'm just grateful that she didn't latch on to that. I'd hate to have to explain her carrying that around in public!

Thanks for the quiet evening, Mitz and Pops!
