Last night, as I was getting Natalie ready for bed, she asked "Mommy, do you know what Stinky Pinky is?". I was like "uh um, stinky pinky?" (because I'm pretty sure that's some kind of obscene term and I was trying to buy some time). I sat there and scrambled for some kind of explanation for a couple of seconds...
"NO, Mommy. SNEAKY PEEKY"
"Sneaky peeky?"
"Yeah, Sneaky Peeky. You keep your eyes on your paper, and don't let people peek on yours" (they had their first spelling quiz yesterday)
I breathed a HUGE sigh of relief.
I know these conversations are coming, but I'm just not quite ready! :-P
